INHABIT uses UPS or USPS to ship orders. We offer Ground shipping, 2nd Day Air and Overnight for domestic orders. We use Worldwide Express Saver for international orders. At present, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. We cannot guarantee that international orders will ship the next business day since additional verification is often necessary. Most shipments will be delivered within 4-5 business days; however, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item. To issue an international return, please contact email@example.com.
Please note our customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. These additional fees will not be reflected during checkout. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise within 14 days of their delivery, unless otherwise noted as "Final Sale". Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn, and must have all tags attached. Items that are eligible for exchange may only be exchanged for the same style (size and color substitutions are permitted). Returns and exchanges are not permitted on merchandise reduced by 50% or greater unless otherwise specified. All returned orders carry a $15 restocking fee which will be deducted from the order payment refund.

Orders with a subtotal of $500 or higher, placed between November 15, 2016 and December 10, 2016, are qualified to receive a $100 gift card to INHABIT.com. Limit one gift card per order. Orders cannot be combined to qualify for the promotion. If items in an order are returned bringing the final subtotal below $500, that order no longer qualifies to receive a gift card as part of this promotion. Gift cards will be distributed at least 2 weeks after the order has been placed to allow for returns.
