Returns and Exchanges
We provide free returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date in its original and unused condition. We currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact customer_care@inhabitny.com and state your order number, the item you wish to return, and reason. If approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit without exception.
All items are subject to be inspected for return approval. They must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- Unwashed
- No stains, wears and tears
- Labels and tags still attached
Once you have received the pre-paid return label:
- Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached
- Print the return label and drop it off at a local post office
Once we have received your return item, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once approved, refunds should appear in your account within 3-5 business days in your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipment and cost.
Please Note: Inhabit is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled returns. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
